Olof Sundblad leads Baltic Banking at Swedbank. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
With nearly two decades in finance, Olof previously served as CFO for Baltic Banking at Swedbank, managing financial operations effectively. Since 2006, he has held various key roles in the industry, enriching his expertise in banking operations and strategic planning.

Olavi Lepp is the CEO of Swedbank Estonia. He has spent 27 years working in various positions on the Estonian, Baltic and Group level of Swedbank. Olavi has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Tartu and he has also studied at the London Business School. He is a member of the Council of the Estonian Employers' Confederation.

Deputy Governor Ülo Kaasik is responsible for preparing monetary policy decisions and economic research at Eesti Pank. He is also responsible for managing cash circulation, managing the Eesti Pank reserves, shaping the information technology environment, and overseeing the central bank’s infrastructure. Mr Kaasik has been a member of the Latvian Fiscal Council since January 2014, and of the Estonian Fiscal Council since May that year.
Ülo Kaasik became the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Estonia in July 2011. The Central Bank's council has decided to extend his term twice, in 2016 and 2021.
He was previously head of the monetary policy and economic policy departments of Eesti Pank and an advisor on economics to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia. Ülo Kaasik graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Tartu and holds a Master’s degree in economics from Tallinn University of Technology.

Kristjan Tamla is a CEO of EfTEN Capital the largest real estate fund manager in the Baltics. Kristjan has 25 years of professional experience in financial markets, banking and economics. Prior joining EfTEN in 2021, Kristjan held for 15 years various positions at Swedbank, including 7 years as a CEO of Swedbank Investment Funds and 2 years as a portfolio manager at Swedbank Stockholm office. He has also worked as an economist at the Central Bank of Estonia and as an intern at the European Commission Directorate for Economics and Finance. Kristjan has an MSc degree in Economics (with distinction) from the University of Exeter (UK). Gabriele Gegeviciute joined Capitalica’s Investments Team in 2020 and since then successfully closed acquisitions of 6 logistics centers across the Baltics.

Piret Üts has worked as Real Estate Business Manager at the Port of Tallinn for over eight years. She is responsible for leading the planning of the largest mixed-use waterfront development project in Tallinn’s city centre, located next to the Old City Harbour - one of Northern Europe’s busiest passenger ports.
Piret began her career as a real estate appraiser in 2002 and went on to lead the real estate valuation department at Swedbank. With a long-standing passion for real estate development and construction, supported by her Civil Engineering and MBA degrees from TalTech University, she continued her career at YIT Estonia, focusing on leading company´s land acquisition and commercial real estate development.

At East Capital since 2001. Albin Rosengren joined East Capital in 2001 and is currently Partner and Head of Real Estate and External Growth. In the past he has held several roles including Managing Partner with responsibility for the management board for the East Capital Group up until 2021. His career spans to mid 1990’s when he started the hotel consulting career in London and worked for HVS International for five years, departing as Senior Associate, before moving into the banking industry.
He then pursued career in London City as a banker working as Associate Director and Relationship Manager for three most important UK lending banks serving the hotel sector, until he was invited to join Christie & Co in late 2004.
At Christie & Co in London, UK, he set up the Consulting Department from the beginning with fellow colleagues and progressed rapidly to become Associate Director. The business grew up and he opened the Nordic office, heading the Christie & Co business for the Nordic region - Scandinavia and the Baltic States from 2008 onwards, capturing the title of Office of the Year of Continental Europe twice.
Thus, Kimmo has very extensive experience of conducting hotel-related advisory projects, including market and feasibility studies, valuations and strategic options analysis, operator & investor searches and hotel transactions throughout Europe, including the Nordic region, all together he has completed over 425 such hotels / projects assignments to date over 27 countries.
